The Double Jeu program is conceived by the French ensemble Flashback and presented by Le Vivier. This immersive show comprises 4 works: Double Jeu by Alexander Vert and José-Miguel Fernandez, Calm Like a Bomb, Ashes in the Fall by Jesper Nordin and Double Violin by Michèle Tosi. It features violinist Diego Tosi, who is also concertmaster of the Ensemble Intercontemporain. Here, he is staged in an immersive journey of works in which he performs with his virtual double, represented both visually (hologram) and sonically. This is a compelling exploration of the Narcissus myth, presented this Friday, October 25 at the Wilder. Beforehand, Alain Brunet interviewed Diego Tosi and Alexander Vert, founder of Flashback.
