Cellist and member of the Barbican Quartet, Yoanna Prodanova returns to one of her musical homes by appearing in five performances at the Montreal Chamber Music Festival, which runs from June 9 to 21, primarily at Salle Bourgie. A native of Bulgaria, Yoanna Prodanova immigrated to Canada with her family, where she lived primarily in Montreal. She trained as a cellist in Montreal, studying notably with Denis Brott. For the past 14 years, she has lived in the United Kingdom, where she founded the Barbican Quartet with fellow students. PAN M 360 presents this conversation with Yoanna Prodanova and Alain Brunet.
