Empty Vessels est une oeuvre audiovisuelle installative qui met en scène trois violoncelles enclavés dans les appendices de structures robotiques. La robotique est contrôlée par un réseau de neurones issu de l’intelligence artificielle élaboré pour composer et performer devant un public afin de justifier son existence.

Empty Vessels is an immersive audio visual installation and performance piece. The work will present cellos, locked in the metallic appendages of three bespoke robotic structures designed to support and autonomously play the cellos. The robotics will be controlled by a custom artificially intelligent neural network designed to compose and perform for its audience to justify its existence.
