The adventure began in 2013 with Push the Sky Away, continued in 2016 with Skeleton Tree, marked by the mortal tragedy Cave experienced, and concluded in 2019 with Ghosteen. This authentic masterpiece is found at the confluence of avant-rock, electronic ambient and a poetic corpus full of metaphysical questioning, mythical appropriation and visceral expression. Nick Cave’s sky has partially cleared since the loss of his son Arthur, as he evokes the spectral sinuosities of the extraordinary Ghosteen, to our enormous delight.
