Fri 14 Aug 2026 • 08:15 pm danse / Flamenco
Quai de l’Horloge - Montréal Gratuit
· by Rédaction PAN M 360

Twenty-five years spent digging through the stages of Jerez, Seville, and Montreal. Twenty-five years bringing back, from every trip, one more layer: in the arms, in the hands, in the memory of the feet. Rosanne Dion doesn’t take the stage to show flamenco. She puts it back into play. With her dancers from the École Flamenco Rosanne Dion, she summons what is most radical about Andalusian dance: the listening between bodies, the precision of zapateado as language, the Bata de Cola tracing lines through space that the eye follows without knowing why. No spectacular staging. Just the palmas, the strings, the heels, and that silence between musical phrases where everything is decided. Duende doesn’t announce itself. It arrives. A rare moment, outdoors, by the river.

CE SPECTACLE EST GRATUIT!
