Additional Information
This Tuesday, June 9, we can look forward to a meeting on stage between two unique worlds: the unconventional fusion of klezmer and classical music by the Oktopus octet, and the hazy, haunting soundscapes of cellist and singer-songwriter Jorane. A show that promises to be one-of-a-kind, bringing musicians together around a shared love for exploring sound. In anticipation of this show, Rêvances sans parole (since singing will be treated as a pure instrument, freed from the constraints of words), PAN M 360 welcomes Gabriel Paquin Buki, clarinetist and founder of the Oktopus ensemble, to discuss musical hybridization, collaborative processes, and klezmer music.
