In “Le scotch goûte le vent”, Adamus evokes “a dreamer turned golem” — a discreet allusion to his Polish origins? In Chelm, there lived a rabbi who fashioned and then killed a golem. Adamus, on the other hand, brings his songs to life here in North America.
