To The Lighthouse (Montréal, QC) est un projet de musique heavy regroupant Mikey Heppner (Priestess, UBT, Beat Cops) à la guitare et au chant, Vincent Peake (Groovy Aardvark, GrimSkunk, Floating Widget..) à la basse et au chant, Patrick Bennett (Mountain Dust, Trigger Effect, Dooms Children) à la guitare, ainsi que Maxime Hébert (Les Breastfeeders, Uubbuurruu, Beat Cops) à la batterie. Avec des sonorités rappelant le métal des débuts, une écriture complexe mais fluide, et des éléments de musique progressive, le groupe propose une version moderne du rock & roll où les décibels sont aussi élevés que les structures composées.
To The Lighthouse (Montréal, QC) is a heavy music project featuring Mikey Heppner (Priestess, UBT, Beat Cops) on guitar and vocals, Vincent Peake (Groovy Aardvark, GrimSkunk, Floating Widget..) on bass and vocals, Patrick Bennett (Mountain Dust, Trigger Effect, Dooms Children) on guitar, as well as Maxime Hébert (Les Breastfeeders, Uubbuurruu, Beat Cops) on drums. By way of tones reminiscent of early metal, complex yet seamless songwriting, and progressive music elements, the outfit proposes a modern strand of rock & roll where the decibels are as high as the compositional structures.
