Pour la petite histoire, Shemar Mckie, alias Skiifall, est né à l’île de Saint-Vincent dans les Caraïbes et a fait son arrivée à Montréal à l’âge de huit ans. En 2020, son titre Ting Tun Up s’est frayé un chemin jusqu’en Angleterre et a fait des flammèches sur la scène drill britannique. Depuis, l’artiste de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce s’est attiré les éloges de nombreuses figures importantes du monde artistique (comme le défunt Virgil Abloh) et est devenu le premier rappeur montréalais à apparaître sur la populaire chaîne musicale Youtube, COLORS.

For the record, Shemar Mckie, aka Skiifall, was born on the Caribbean island of St. Vincent and made his way to Montreal at the age of eight. In 2020, his track Ting Tun Up made its way to England and made sparks fly on the British drill scene. Since then, the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce artist has garnered praise from many important figures in the art world (such as the late Virgil Abloh) and became the first Montreal rapper to appear on the popular Youtube music channel, COLORS.
