Jemiriye, américaine d’origine nigériane, est une force sur laquelle il faut compter dans sa génération. Charismatique, élégante, stylée, belle, audacieuse et dotée d’une voix puissante et sonore, sa musique, bien qu’universelle, est enracinée dans les sons et les rythmes traditionnels du peuple yoruba du Nigéria, dont elle est originaire. Première Africaine à chanter l’hymne du Baseball au stade du Citizens bank park à Philadelphie, Jemiriye est reconnue Ambassadrice mondiale de la paix par le magazine African Peace.
