DYSTINCT was born in Antwerp in 1998 under the name Iliass Mansouri. His father was a singer and, as a child, DYSTINCT often accompanied him to his shows. His passion for music grew, but the singer found it difficult to speak freely about his ambitions, as his parents did not agree with his career choice. Nevertheless, DYSTINCT’s progressive personality meant that, at the age of 14, he continued to develop his musical talents professionally. This hard work soon paid off, with his debut single “No Ring Ring” boasting over 3 million views on YouTube and over 4 million streams on Spotify. His sound is described as a mix of urban and Arabic elements. He has already worked with names such as Chawki (Morocco), Franglish (France), F1rstman (Netherlands), DJ Leska (France), Zefanio (Netherlands) and many others. DYSTINCT is currently working on his debut album “Mon Voyage”, due for release soon.

Sa passion pour la musique grandit, mais le chanteur a du mal à parler librement de ses ambitions car ses parents ne sont pas d’accord avec son choix de carrière. Néanmoins, la personnalité progressive de DYSTINCT fait qu’à l’âge de 14 ans, il continue à développer ses talents musicaux de manière professionnelle.
