Afin de célébrer toutes les nordicités et de souligner l’appartenance du Québec à ce concept intimement lié aux pays scandinaves et nordiques, le Festival FIKA(S) ouvre sa série de concerts 2022 avec comme invitée spéciale Safia Nolin. Après ses albums Reprises Vol 1 et 2, Safia était la personne parfaite pour cette soirée de reprises scandinaves et nordiques! Au programme une soirée en deux temps où Safia Nolin proposera des reprises singulières et uniques d’artistes scandinaves et nordiques suivit d’un concert de ses compositions.
Avec ses compositions folk aussi sombres que touchantes, Safia Nolin charme la critique et le public depuis maintenant plusieurs années. Émouvantes et sincères, ses paroles inspirent et font découvrir son univers singulier.
In order to celebrate all nordicities and to underline Québec’s belonging to this concept intimately linked to Scandinavian and Nordic countries, the FIKA(S) Festival opens its 2022 concert series with special guest Safia Nolin. After her albums Reprises Vol. 1 and 2, Safia was the perfect person for this evening of Scandinavian and Nordic replays! Safia Nolin will perform unique replays of Scandinavian and Nordic artists followed by a concert of her own compositions.
With her dark, folk-inspired songs, Safia Nolin wins over fans and critics alike, winning the Félix for Female Artist of the Year at the 2017 ADISQ Gala, one year after being named Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the same gala.
