Guhn Twei – 20h00
Nouvelle formation métal brutal et hardcore ayant racines dans le quartier tristement célèbre Notre-Dame de Noranda, Guhn Twei est le véhicule du chanteur et bassiste Simon Turcotte. Après une tournée estivale sur les routes de la province, le groupe revient en force à la maison, avec un assaut créateur et sans détour contre le statu quo, celui permettant à une multinationale de cracher ses émanations toxiques en toute impunité. Métalleux, headbangers et punkrockers ne voudront pas manquer cette occasion de se rassembler autour d’un son rentre-dedans et d’une cause qui l’est tout autant!

B.A.R.F. Quatre petites lettres qui racontent pourtant un immense chapitre de l’histoire de l’underground québécois. Blasting All Rotten Fuckers, groupe punk métal mythique mené par le charismatique Marc Vaillancourt, n’a plus besoin de présentation. Après des décennies à se défoncer sur scène, le groupe a réussi à fédérer une communauté fidèle et crinquée autour de ce projet qui bûche très fort et qui nourrit un esprit de camaraderie et de party total. Mononc’Serge et Anonymus – 22h00
Non mais sérieusement, existe-t-il ne serait qu’un seul bougre abitibien qui ignore dans quoi il s’embarque en s’inscrivant à cette damnée Académie? Pour le plus grand bonheur des fans de la première heure, Mononc Serge reprend le collier (de curé) et convoque, 20 ans après le pécher originel, un conventum métal et satirique comme lui seul a le secret. Élevé aux cieux par les puissants et sympathiques élèves d’Anonymus, Mononc peut une fois de plus rugir contre les platitudes, les profiteurs et les bonzes du showbiz made in Québec. Amen!

Much to the delight of long-time fans, Mononc Serge takes up the (curate’s) collar again and, 20 years after the original sin, convenes a metal and satirical conventum like only he has the secret to. Elevated to the heavens by the powerful and sympathetic pupils of Anonymus, Mononc can once again roar against the platitudes, profiteers and bonzes of showbiz made in Quebec. Amen to that!
