Aftermaths of war and mornings after those kind of nights, disappointments, disillusionments, broken dreams, bloody holidays, prolonged absences, flights, displacements, forgotten things, wanderings, perils. Despite the ditches and ravines he’d fallen into, despite the pitfalls of a difficult existence, despite the miseries, Jean Leloup still lands a punch. And it’s a knockout! This is his new journey, one he undertook alone for three years in different territories, under different conditions. The destination of this quest is of no interest, only the path that runs through this strange country… that Leloup has always explored. Performed in all simplicity (guitar/voice), the stories of his last migration are among the most masterful of his songwriting work.
