It’s obvious: the collaboration between drummer Ben Reimer and composer Nicole Lizée is a successful one. Ringer is already a classic and Katana of Choice, featuring TorQ Percussion Quartet, unleashes wonders of invention. To round out the picture, Reimer invites David Cossin and Architek Percussion to showcase their expertise in compositions by John Psasthas, Lukas Ligeti and Eliot Britton. This album takes percussion music to another level.
