Hana Stretton
Hana Stretton est une compositrice, chanteuse et productrice britanno-australienne reconnue pour sa production chaleureuse et ses chansons à la structure vaste et contemplative. Son premier album Soon, paru en 2023, est rapidement devenu un favori d’un public attentif à travers le monde. L’œuvre attire notamment l’attention de Phil Elverum, qui réédite l’album sur son propre label en 2024. Sur son nouvel album tiarn, prévu pour l’été 2026, Stretton transporte l’auditeur des paysages poussiéreux de l’Australie vers l’immensité de l’océan Pacifique, intégrant davantage d’éléments classiques et électroniques.
Hana Stretton is a British/Australian composer, singer and producer known for her remarkably warm production style and uniquely spacious songform. In 2023, her debut album, Soon, earned a beloved status among discerning listeners around the globe. This stunning work caught the ear of one Phil Elverum, who lovingly reissued Soon through his own label in 2024, furthering the album’s reach and deepening its reputation. In the press, Elverum said: “I hear an artist who has entered completely into the stream where creation originates […] Hana Stretton has truly recorded the deep flourishing sound of a quiet listening mind in full blossom.” A fitting testament to a young artist rooted in the stillness of nature. From the dusty Australian bushland on Soon, Stretton transports the listener to the Pacific Ocean on her new album, tiarn (set to be released summer 2026). Shifting gradually like a shoreline, her new compositions reveal welcomed hints of classical and electronic flourishes. tiarn will be released independently with vinyl editions through PW Elverum & Sun (North America), brierfield flood press (Australia) and Lima Limo (Europe/UK).

Je suis autrice-compositrice et violoncelliste expérimentale. Mon travail explore ce que signifie exister et faire de l’art dans le monde, en disséquant des moments très grands et très petits. Mes chansons sont intimes et provocantes avec un brin de jeu, et la performance en direct est dynamique et collaborative. Deux violoncelles, batterie, claviers, guitare et harmonies vocales donnent vie à mes vignettes lyriques. De la musique à écouter pour rire et pour pleurer.
I am an experimental songwriter and cellist. My work explores what it means to exist and make art in the world, through dissecting very big and very small moments. My songs are intimate and playfully confrontational, and the live performance is dynamic and collaborative. Two cellos, drums, keys, guitar and vocal harmonies bring my lyrical vignettes to life. Music to laugh and cry to.

Lune très belle est l’ensemble de la compositrice, musicienne et écrivaine Frédérique Roy. Deux albums sont parus, Ô la lune (Wild Silence, 2019) et Ovale (Boiled Records, 2023). Leur prochain album paraîtra en 2027. Sa musique oscille entre des structures composées et leur dissolution dans des gestes improvisés.
