L’OSM prendra part aux festivités de fin d’année en présentant trois parties de l’intemporel Oratorio de Noël de Johann Sebastian Bach. Cette œuvre grandiose avec chœur et solistes présente en musique le récit de la Nativité, en mettant l’accent sur la joie, l’allégresse et la célébration. Le concert sera dirigé par le chef argentin Leonardo García Alarcón, grand spécialiste de musique baroque.
The OSM joins end-of-year festivities with a performance of three sections from the timeless Christmas Oratorio by Johann Sebastian Bach. This awe-inspiring work with choir and soloists is a musical rendering of the Nativity story in all its rejoicing, gladness and celebration. The concert will be directed by Argentinian conductor Leonardo García Alarcón, an eminent specialist of the Baroque repertoire.
