Eric Chenaux est un guitariste, auteur-compositeur-interprète et sculpteur sonore canadien. Il a fait paraître sept albums solo complets sur le label montréalais Constellation, traçant un chemin aventureux et sans compromis à travers des compositions avant-folk et out-jazz de plus en plus enracinées dans une juxtaposition unique et élémentaire de guitare éraillée et semi-improvisée et de ballade ténor douce et claire.
Eric Chenaux is a Canadian guitarist, songwriter, singer and sound sculptor. He has released seven full-length solo albums on the Montréal imprint Constellation, charting an adventurous and uncompromising path through avant-folk and out-jazz compositions increasingly rooted in a unique and elemental juxtaposition of fried, frazzled, semi-improvised guitar and smooth, clear tenor balladry.
