Forte de son nouvel album, And Now You Become a Seeker, où folk et électro s’unissent avec audace et délicatesse, la formation Chances s’arrête au Palais Montcalm afin de proposer un spectacle immersif, où les spectateurs entourent les musiciens. Porté par des harmonies vocales captivantes, des percussions vibrantes et des arrangements à la fois raffinés et intenses, l’ensemble trace une musique lumineuse, profondément tournée vers l’humain. Fondé en 2016 par Chloé Lacasse (clavier, guitare, voix), Geneviève Toupin (guitare, clavier, accordéon, voix) et Vincent Carré (batterie, percussions), Chances puise dans ses racines francophones, anglophones et métissées pour façonner une identité musicale unique en son genre. Entre textures organiques et sonorités électroniques, le trio célèbre la diversité culturelle et la force du collectif à travers une musique sensible et innovante.

Driven by captivating vocal harmonies, vibrant percussion, and arrangements that are both refined and intense, the group crafts a luminous music deeply centered on the human experience. Founded in 2016 by Chloé Lacasse (keyboards, guitar, vocals), Geneviève Toupin (guitar, keyboards, accordion, vocals), and Vincent Carré (drums, percussion), Chances draws on its Francophone, Anglophone, and mixed cultural roots to shape a musical identity unlike any other. Blending organic textures with electronic soundscapes, the trio celebrates cultural diversity and the power of collective creativity through sensitive and innovative music.
