À 22 ans, Roy Wood$ a accompli plus en l’espace de trois ans que la plupart des gens en l’espace d’une vie. Né Denzel Spencer à Brampton, en Ontario, Wood$ a d’abord attiré l’attention de Drake en 2015, avant d’être signé par le label OVO SOUND et de lancer son premier single « Drama » avec Drake sur OVO SOUND Radio en juillet 2015. Le deuxième single de Wood$, « Get You Good », a également été diffusé sur OVO SOUND Radio à la fin de l’été 2015.

Immersive, elle nous plonge dans une nuit de course folle puis de mélancolie. Le percussionniste Dominique Vleeshouwers livre l’étonnant Speaking Drums du Hongrois Peter Eötvös, où le soliste parle littéralement à ses caisses claires, cloches et autres instruments, avec une joie contagieuse.

It may be the middle of the night, but This Midnight Hour by Britain’s Anna Clyne pays no heed to the neighbors. Immersive, she plunges us into a night of mad running and melancholy. Percussionist Dominique Vleeshouwers delivers the astonishing Speaking Drums by Hungary’s Peter Eötvös, in which the soloist literally talks to his snare drums, bells and other instruments, with contagious joy.

Il a quitté le Bénin depuis 2012 pour Montréal d’où il revient annuellement pour des shows et clips.
Fondateur d’un jeune label de développement d’artistes du nom de FON SONORE PRODUCTION immatriculé au Canada ainsi qu’au Bénin, Il est actuellement en coproduction avec MEKO PROD AFRICA. Il a pour objectif de faire connaître sa culture dans le monde à travers sa langue natale le FON et les nombreux rythmes de son pays mélangé à ses influences musicales dans le monde.
Il a à son actif une mixtape de 12 titres FON SONORE et un Extended Play (mini album de 6 titres) intitulé TCHIGAN.
RALAMI is an artist of Beninese origin living in Canada, where he performs a number of shows and exercises his artistic talent. He defines himself as a talented musicpreneur and has many strings to his bow in the field. Singer, rapper, sound designer, author, composer, beatmaker, he plays several instruments. He left Benin in 2012 for Montreal, from where he returns annually for shows and music videos.
Founder of a young artist development label called FON SONORE PRODUCTION registered in Canada as well as Benin, He is currently in co-production with MEKO PROD AFRICA. His aim is to make his culture known to the world through his native language FON and the many rhythms of his country mixed with his musical influences around the world.
He has to his credit a 12-track mixtape FON SONORE and an Extended Play (6-track mini album) entitled TCHIGAN.

Le quatuor Adrian Vedady jouera des originaux écrits par Vedady ainsi que des compositions de Wayne Shorter, Thelonius Monk, Billy Strayhorn, Steve Swallow et Cole Porter.
Adrian Vedady is one of Montreal’s finest jazz bassists. Since 1998, he has been performing, recording and touring nationally and internationally. He is known for his beautiful sound, his creativity, his ability to connect with a wide range of musicians and his soul.
The Adrian Vedady Quartet will play originals written by Vedady as well as compositions by Wayne Shorter, Thelonius Monk, Billy Strayhorn, Steve Swallow and Cole Porter.

Au fin fond du désert du Taklamakan, dans les montagnes du Karakoram situées à la lisière des frontières pakistanaises, des musiciens ouïgours, chamans, et bardes, s’adonnent à des rites musicaux faits d’élévation, de contemplation et de transe.
Les artistes voyageurs Francois R. Cambuzat et Gianna Greco ont ramené de cette aventure une multitude d’images avec lesquelles ils engagent un dialogue effréné dans un ciné-concert saisissant. Le cœur de cette culture, retranscrit à l’aide d’ordinateurs et d’instruments électriques, est conjugué à une fureur rock électro pour donner naissance à une musique néo-chamanique ébouriffante!
Deep in the Taklamakan desert, in the Karakoram mountains on the edge of Pakistan’s borders, Uighur musicians, shamans and bards engage in musical rites of elevation, contemplation and trance.
Traveling artists Francois R. Cambuzat and Gianna Greco have brought back from this adventure a multitude of images with which they engage in a frantic dialogue in a gripping cine-concert. The heart of this culture, retranscribed using computers and electric instruments, is combined with electro-rock fury to give birth to a breathtaking neo-shamanic music!

Pendant des années, ils se sont mêlés à cette communauté du désert du Djérid en Tunisie, enregistrant, filmant, et composant en compagnie de ces musiciens guérisseurs, gardiens des portails mystérieux entre les mondes. Dans cette aventure, à la fois musicale et anthropologique, pas une note ni un tempo ne furent changés.
More than just a ciné-concert, Ifriqiyya Electrique is a veritable ritual of possession that comes to life before your very eyes. Artists Francois R. Cambuzat and Gianna Greco invite you to join them in this transcendent occult ceremony. For years, they have mingled with this community in Tunisia’s Djerid desert, recording, filming and composing in the company of these healing musicians, guardians of mysterious portals between worlds. In this adventure, both musical and anthropological, not a note or tempo was changed.
