Oneohtrix Point Never, AKA American artist Daniel Lopatin, has devoted himself to processing, transforming and reassembling micro-fragments of pre-recorded music. These particles implicate song, percussion, keyboards and machines generating synthesized sounds, juxtaposing them with different harmonic layers (synthesizers and machines) and drone effects. This approach is not a guarantee of success. That lies in the quality of the integration, in the end result… and what results! Definitely a reference album for anyone interested in digital arts.
