Unessential Oils est le nouveau projet de Warren Spicer, chanteur du groupe Montréalais Plants and Animals. Le projet s’inspire du Tropicália, du jazz et du folk. La musique a été comparée à Alabaster de Plume, Connan Mockasin, Hermanos Gutierrez, Devendra Barnhat… Un album paraîtra en 2024.
Unessential Oils is the new project from Warren Spicer, lead singer of Montreal band Plants and Animals. The project is inspired by Tropicália, jazz and folk. The music has been compared to Alabaster by Plume, Connan Mockasin, Hermanos Gutierrez, Devendra Barnhat… An album will be released in 2024.
Belle Tower (iel/elle) est le projet folk rock country de l’ancienne montréalaise Isabella Harned, aujourd’hui basée sur la côte ouest. Son style combine des paroles profondes et honnêtes avec une légèreté sonore particulière, attribuée aux harmonies vocales superposées, aux lignes de guitare rêveuses et à l’instrumentation variée présentée sur son premier EP ‘Tend to’ sorti en 2021, Iel travaille sur de la nouvelle musique qui sortira juste à temps pour le festival.
Belle Tower (iel/elle) is the folk rock country project of former Montrealer Isabella Harned, now based on the West Coast. Her style combines deep, honest lyrics with a distinctive sonic lightness, attributed to layered vocal harmonies, dreamy guitar lines and varied instrumentation featured on her debut EP ‘Tend to’ released in 2021, Iel is working on new music to be released just in time for the festival.
