Club Balattou - Montréal 20,99$
· by Rédaction PAN M 360

“Antidote (editor’s note: her album released in 2022) blends Quebec sounds with traditional Haitian sounds. It is also a simple poetry masterfully carried by the gentle voice of an artist characterized by a palpable authenticity” (RFI musique, 2022). Rebecca Jean calls herself a “Haïbécoise”. She sings in Creole and French. Singer-songwriter and producer, this radiant artist, who already has 6 albums to her credit, dreams of a better world. She liberates herself through Zouk and Kompa infused with Québécois rhythms, reconciling human beings and the world.
