L’incomparable Rouynorandien a fait plaisir à bien du monde cette année en partageant un premier album en 6 ans. Embrassant sa nouvelle identité de papa, l’auteur-compositeur- interprète aborde sur les 10 pièces gravées sur Nouvelle administration ce thème transformateur avec un grand angle. Sa démarche d’écriture et de composition est restée profondément ancrée dans le travail d’artisan et de bricoleur de chanson. Les musiques sont limpides et dépouillées, magnifiant les petites histoires du quotidien imaginées avec esprit par l’un des meilleurs créateurs de sa génération.
