In his early sixties, the late Charles Bradley was no kid anymore when he made his solo debut with the album No Time For Dreaming. With the Menahan Street Band, the Screaming Eagle of Soul left his mark on the musical world with poignant songs, drawing their inspiration from the soul and funk of the ’60s and ’70s. From love songs to social criticism, the singer opened his heart and poured out all its goodness, thanks to an irreplaceable voice and redemptive energy.
