Not just anyone can actually join the select club of producer Flying Lotus’ label. That’s the label, though, that released Teebs’ debut album Ardour, a collection of short, whirling electronic pieces. They don’t always hit the bulls-eye, but overall, their ingenious constructions provide something to dream about. Elegantly unpredictable, they constantly keep the listener on their toes, and put smiles on their faces.
