Voyage en compagnie de la harpe à l’Espace Culturel Georges-Émile-Lapalme – 15h et 17h

Matt Dupont, harpe

Matt Dupont’s harp is the storyteller of a veritable travel journal. The harp’s crystalline sound lends itself to recollections and reveries, recounting memories of voyages chronicled in this program’s romantic works.

Brahms, Balkans et Bagels à l’Esplanade Tranquille – 13h30 et 19h

Oktopus

A thrilling concert that progressively blurs the boundaries between classical and folk music. In this performance steeped in klezmer, Roma, and Balkan idioms, Oktopus will play arrangements of works by Brahms, Liszt, Bartók, Mahler and Enescu, all of whom drew on Eastern European folk traditions.
