The Bronx est un groupe de punk hardcore originaire de Los Angeles, en Californie. Formé en 2002, le groupe compte cinq albums studio. Ses membres ont aussi formé Mariachi El Bronx, groupe alter-ego qui joue de la musique mariachi et a trois albums à son actif. The Bronx était formé, à l’origine, du chanteur Matt Caughthran, du guitariste Joby J. Ford, du bassiste James Tweedy et du batteur Jorma Vik. Dès leurs premiers concerts, ils attirent l’attention des maisons de disques et signent chez Island Def Jam Music Group. Ils enregistrent leur première démo en 2002, et sortent Bats!, leur premier single, en 2003.

The Bronx is an American hardcore punk band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2002, the band has a total of five studio albums. The band forms an alter-ego band Mariachi El Bronx that plays mariachi music, which has three albums to its credit. The initial lineup consisted of vocalist Matt Caughthran, guitarist Joby J. Ford, bassist James Tweedy, and drummer Jorma Vik. From their first shows, they attracted the attention of record companies and were signed to Island Def Jam Music Group. They recorded their first demo in 2002, and released their first single, Bats! in 2003.
