Patrick Watson is a Canadian rock band formed in 2000 by the multi-instrumentalist of the same name, born in 1979. The band’s success continued to grow, culminating in the album Close to Paradise (2006), which includes the hit “Drifters”. In 2009, the band changed its name to Patrick Watson & the Wooden Arms for the album of the same name. As time went on, the band’s releases enjoyed wider distribution after numerous synchronizations for advertising and film. The band’s fifth production, Adventures in Your Own Backyard, was released in 2012, followed three years later by Love Songs for Robots.

Patrick Watson est un groupe de rock canadien formé en 2000 par le multi-instrumentiste du même nom., né en 1979 Le succès va grossissant jusqu’à l’album Close to Paradise (2006), qui contient le hit « Drifters ». En 2009, le groupe passe sous l’appellation Patrick Watson & the Wooden Arms pour l’album du même nom. Au fur et à mesure, les sorties du groupe bénéficient d’une distribution plus large après les nombreuses synchronisations pour la publicité ou le cinéma. La cinquième production du groupe parue en 2012, Adventures in Your Own Backyard, est suivie trois ans plus tard de Love Songs for Robots.
