To the delight of music lovers, pianist Louis Lortie returns to the OSM to transport you from the Viennese world of Mozart to the Parisian concert halls of Fauré. San Francisco Opera Music Director Eun Sun Kim will also conduct Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, a highly imaginative work whose shimmering colors are enhanced by Ravel’s ingenious orchestration.

Pour le plus grand plaisir des mélomanes, le pianiste Louis Lortie retrouve l’OSM afin de vous transporter de l’univers viennois de Mozart aux salles de concert parisiennes de Fauré. Eun Sun Kim, la directrice musicale de l’opéra de San Francisco, dirigera également les Tableaux d’une exposition de Moussorgski, une œuvre très imaginative aux couleurs chatoyantes avivées par l’ingénieuse orchestration de Ravel.
