The renowned Montreal quartet is celebrating its long collaboration with Barry and presenting the Irish composer’s complete string quartets. Quatuor Bozzini: 1998, refers to Barry’s reputedly unplayable work, which Bozzini premiered twenty years ago. The three Canadian composers – Miller, Smith, and Tagaq – are long-time collaborators who have contributed to the evolution of the Bozzini Quartet as it has shaped and refined its unique approach to sound and style, supported by music as dynamic as it is profound.
