Jeanne Amiele à la Place des Arts

La pianiste Jeanne Amièle, qui connaît un début de carrière florissant sur la scène musicale canadienne, se produit en récital solo ainsi qu’en musique de chambre. Elle a notamment été soliste invitée à l’Orchestre symphonique d’Edmonton, à l’Orchestre de chambre I Musici de Montréal, et à l’Orchestre symphonique de Trois-Rivières. En 2021, elle produit son premier album solo, consacré à la musique de Clara et Robert Schumann. Détentrice d’un doctorat en interprétation de l’Université de Montréal, Jeanne Amièle s’est distinguée à de nombreux concours nationaux.

Pour son récital, elle a choisi de nous faire découvrir la musique de compositrices françaises, telles que Hélène De Montgeroult, Cécile Chaminade, Lili Boulanger et Mel Bonis.

Pianist Jeanne Amièle has a flourishing early career on the Canadian music scene, performing both solo recitals and chamber music. She has been guest soloist with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestre de chambre I Musici de Montréal, and the Orchestre symphonique de Trois-Rivières. In 2021, she will release her first solo album, devoted to the music of Clara and Robert Schumann. Jeanne Amièle holds a doctorate in interpretation from the Université de Montréal and has won numerous national competitions.

For her recital, she has chosen to introduce us to the music of French women composers such as Hélène De Montgeroult, Cécile Chaminade, Lili Boulanger, and Mel Bonis.
