Jonathan Bree – 20h00

After an extensive European tour, New Zealand artist and musician Jonathan Bree arrives at FME to present his pampered and elaborate 80’s UFO, accompanied by his musicians and backing singers. The whole band performs behind spandex masks in a surprisingly staged setting, to synthesized music and crooned vocals. On his new album Pre-Code Hollywood, Jonathan Bree enlists the services of the legendary Nile Rodgers (Madonna, David Bowie) and offers listeners much more than a pastiche.

Milk & Bone – 21h00

Les Louanges (Vincent Roberge), a figurehead of the new, more exploratory and ambitious Franco pop scene, continues to develop its musical signature, on the one hand by multiplying collaborations, and on the other hand, by tweaking the pop structures of its songs. On stage, Les Louanges’ perfos have gone down in history, with epic moments masterfully orchestrated by a performer and guitarist we want to follow in all his adventures.
