-Greg Buckles : Contrebasse
Greg Buckles : contrebasse -Christine Tassan : Guitare

Club Django Québec invites you to an evening of gypsy jazz to celebrate the unveiling of the 2023 Festival Django de Montréal program.

7:00 PM: THE MARTIN BELLEMARE TRIO:

-Greg Buckles: Double bass
-Christine Tassan: Guitar
-Martin Bellemare: Accordion

Martin Bellemare is one of the few jazz accordionists in Quebec. His trio brilliantly plays a varied repertoire oscillating between musette waltz, gypsy jazz, swing and classical music.

8:30 p.m.: MARTIN GIOANI

-David Meunier-Roy: Double bass
-Brenn Dalle: Violin
-Andy MacDonald: Guitar
-Martin Gioani: Guitar

Martin Gioani marked us last year during his visit to the Django festival in Montreal. He returns this year with a new quartet. He offers a daring concert in which we can hear his compositions, little-known pieces by Django Reinhardt as well as some excursions into Brazilian music.
