Rosemarie Duval-Laplante and Jean-Michel Dubé Duo at Salle Claude-Léveillée

The piano duo of Rosemarie Duval-Laplante and Jean-Michel Dubé was formed in 2017. Both graduates of the Conservatoire de musique de Québec, they charm audiences with their charisma and stand out for their musical ideas and intimate sharing of the instrument. Their great complicity, on stage and in life, translates into sensitive playing and a remarkable unity of sound. Since its formation, the duo has distinguished itself both in Canada and internationally.

For this recital, the piano duo transports us to the belle époque, with music by Ravel, Gershwin and Fauré.

Le duo piano formé de Rosemarie Duval-Laplante et Jean-Michel Dubé a été créé en 2017. Tous deux diplômés du Conservatoire de musique de Québec, ils charment le public par leur charisme et se distinguent par leurs idées musicales et leur partage intime de l’instrument. Leur grande complicité, sur scène et dans la vie, se traduit par un jeu sensible et une unité sonore remarquable. Depuis sa formation, le duo s’est distingué tant au Canada qu’à l’international.

Pour ce récital, le duo piano nous transporte À la belle époque, avec de la musique de Ravel, Gershwin et Fauré.
