Maude Sonier

A fixture on the Acadian scene, the Miramichi, New Brunswick-born artist is making headway on the Canadian scene. Last March, she launched a mini-album entitled Demi-tour, and now she’s back with a creation that combines love, friendship and the ups and downs of her twenties. With her infectious joie de vivre, her alternative pop-inflected songs are delivered with a warm voice and undeniable charisma.

Jacques Surette

Nova Scotian Jacques Surette has been composing his own songs since the age of 14. Self-taught, the disarmingly natural young singer-songwriter draws inspiration from his father, renowned musician Éric Surette. Simple and glued to his emotions, he takes us on a journey home with his guitar and his words, sometimes accompanied by harmonica, banjo or keyboard. He offers songs from his third and most personal album to date, Conséquences, released on November 3, 2023. For a tender moment.
