The Schulich School of Music of McGill University is honored to welcome choral director, composer and teacher Karen Burke for a special event as part of its Gospel Festival. The highlight of the festival will be a public workshop on Thursday, February 1 at 7:30pm in Pollack Hall. This event, which marks the start of Black History Month, brings together all Schulich School of Music choirs and is open to the entire Montreal community. Everyone is invited to come and share the joy of singing together!

L’École de musique Schulich de l’Université McGill a l’honneur d’accueillir la directrice de chorale, compositrice et professeure Karen Burke pour un événement spécial dans le cadre de son Festival de gospel. Le point culminant du festival sera un atelier public qui aura lieu le jeudi 1er février à 19h30, à la salle Pollack. Cet événement, qui marque le début du Mois de l’histoire des Noirs, rassemble toutes les chorales de l’École de musique Schulich et est ouvert à l’ensemble de la communauté montréalaise. Tout le monde est invité à venir partager la joie de chanter ensemble !
