Récipiendaire de plusieurs prix, dont deux Juno, la chanteuse canadienne Caity Gyorgy est reconnue ici comme ailleurs pour son riche répertoire bebop et swing. On lui doit de superbes interprétations de même que des compositions originales dans la veine du Great American Songbook. Gabi Hartmann, artiste parisienne née en 1991, s’impose pour sa part avec un style mêlant pop, folk, jazz, soul et musiques du monde. Chanteuse multilingue, elle brouille les frontières musicales et raconte ses émotions à travers une voix douce et mélancolique. Après un premier album éponyme écouté plus de 20 millions de fois et salué par la critique, elle vient présenter son nouveau projet, La femme aux yeux de sel, qui la positionne comme une incontournable sur la scène internationale.

The Palais Montcalm – Maison de la musique is proud to present an exclusive double bill featuring two rising stars: Caity Gyorgy and Gabi Hartmann. A multiple award winner, including two Juno Awards, Canadian singer Caity Gyorgy is renowned both at home and abroad for her rich bebop and swing repertoire. She is celebrated for her superb interpretations as well as her original compositions inspired by the Great American Songbook. Paris-based artist Gabi Hartmann, born in 1991, has made a strong impression with a style that blends pop, folk, jazz, soul, and world music. A multilingual singer, she blurs musical boundaries and conveys her emotions through a soft, melancholic voice. Following the success of her self-titled debut album streamed more than 20 million times and critically acclaimed, she now presents her new project, La femme aux yeux de sel, establishing her as a must-see artist on the international stage.
