Festival Orientalys : Hatim Ammor au Quai de l’horloge

Sat 09 Aug 2025 • 08:30 pm afro-pop / Chaâbi / Maghrebi
Quai de l’Horloge - Montréal 30$
· by Rédaction PAN M 360

16h15: Frissons du Siam – Thai Dance Troup of Ottawa
17h45: Rabie Houti Band – Musique
19h30: Meriem Pahlavi – Danse.
20h30: Hatim Ammor – Musique.
22h15: Oasis d’Opale – Claudya, Silvina Zaira et Gorka. Danse.

Beneath Montreal’s starry sky and in front of a euphoric crowd, Orientalys marks a legendary moment; the dazzling arrival of Hatim Ammor. A global phenomenon with millions of hearts won over, this Moroccan pop comet ignites the world from Casablanca, blending the treasures of chaâbi with the urban-electro pulse of modern times.
A golden voice chiseling emotion to the skin. Spellbinding melodies where the ancestral bendir meets futuristic synths. Blazing choruses like Mabrouk, Aalach Ya Lil, Hasdouna — now anthems for a generation intoxicated with freedom.
That’s the irresistible magic of this prodigy whose streams know no borders, reinventing the gnawa legacy as fully modern symphonies.
An exceptional singer with magnetic stage presence, Hatim Ammor has that rare gift — a jeweler of tradition, turning each concert into a breathtaking performance.
The dance floor trembles with united peoples — shoulders swaying in joyful waves, fevered hips echoing the percussion, radiant smiles lighting up the night. Let yourself be swept up in the glittering whirlwind of sound by an artist writing his own tale of generous, bold, cosmopolitan music that makes you dance like there’s no tomorrow.
