Top Albums of 2024: Damian Nisenson, Malasartes

To kick off 2025, PAN M 360 asked several of its partners’ artistic directors to suggest their favorite albums of the past year.

Founder of the Malasartes creation and production company and record label, Damian Nisenson has lived in Montreal since 2004, after emigrating from Argentina with his wife and children. Author, composer, multi-saxophonist, multi-instrumentalist and singer, he comes from a Jewish family in Buenos Aire, where he developed his multi-faceted art and entrepreneurial spirit after spending his early adult years in Switzerland. As soon as he arrived in Quebec, Damian Nisenson founded Malasartes, a cultural enterprise that produces recordings and concerts and brings together a solid community of artists.
