Une Schubertiade moderne est une création scénique qui revisite l’esprit des salons viennois du XIXᵉ siècle dans une esthétique contemporaine. En croisant musique et jeu théâtral, l’ensemble vocal Les Rugissants, sous la direction de Xavier Brossard-Ménard, explore de nouvelles façons d’incarner le lied de Schubert et de renouveler le concert vocal.
A Modern Schubertiade is an all-new staged performance that puts a contemporary aesthetic spin on the spirit of 19th-century Viennese salons. Under the baton of Xavier Brossard-Ménard, vocal ensemble Les Rugissants combine music and theatre, exploring new ways to embody Schubert’s lieder and reinvent the vocal recital.
