Le groupe de “goblin metal” est formé en 2006 par le chanteur et claviériste Nicky Calonne et le guitariste Tim Lyakhovetskiy. Goblin Island, leur premier album est enregistré dans la cave de Tim Lyakhovetskiy et sort en 2002. Par la suite, le duo recrute de nouveaux membres afin de pouvoir monter sur scène. C’est avec l’album Stench qui paraît en 2011 que le groupe se fait réellement connaître, notamment grâce au clip de la chanson No One Survives qui a réussi à récolter plus de 1.5 million de vues en seulement trois mois.

The “goblin metal” band was formed in 2006 by the singer and keyboardist Nicky Calonne and the guitarist Tim Lyakhovetskiy. Goblin Island, their first album was recorded in Tim Lyakhovetskiy’s cellar and released in 2002. Thereafter, the duo recruited new members in order to be able to go on stage. It is with the album Stench which was released in 2011 that the band really became known, especially thanks to the video clip of the song No One Survives which managed to collect more than 1.5 million views in only three months.
