Grande dame du piano d’une exquise sensibilité, Janina Fialkowska est née pour interpréter Chopin, selon son mentor, le légendaire Arthur Rubinstein. Elle nous livre ici quelques-unes des plus belles œuvres du maître polonais, à côté de la toute dernière sonate de Schubert et de deux valses signées Weber et Sibelius.

A grande dame of the piano endowed with exquisite sensitivity, according to her mentor, the legendary Arthur Rubinstein, Janina Fialkowska was born to perform Chopin. In this recital, she performs some of the Polish master’s most beautiful works, as well as Schubert’s final sonata and two waltzes by Weber and Sibelius.
