Allô Fantôme est le projet de l’auteur-compositeur-interprète Samuel Gendron. Tel que vu sur les planches des demi-finales des Francouvertes en 2022, le groupe de sept musiciens propose un concert ultra dynamique, aux accents désaxés, le tout dans un enrobage rock déjanté, à la fois théâtral, maximaliste et ô combien le fun. Son toutpremier EP, qui lui a d’ailleurs mérité le prix du EP indie rock de l’année au GAMIQ,regorge d’arrangements amples et riches, de progressions harmoniques raffinées etd’une énergie débordante. Allô Fantôme travaille présentement surleur premier album réalisé par Alexandre Martel qui verra le jour à l’automne 2024.
Allô Fantôme is the project of singer-songwriter Samuel Gendron. As seen on the stage of the Francouvertes semi-finals in 2022, the seven-piece band delivers an ultra-dynamic, off-kilter concert, all wrapped up in a theatrical, maximalist and oh-so-fun rock wrapper. Their debut EP, which won them the Indie Rock EP of the Year award at GAMIQ, is packed with rich, sweeping arrangements, refined harmonic progressions and boundless energy. Allô Fantôme are currently working on their debut album, produced by Alexandre Martel, and due for release in autumn 2024.
Félix Dyotte (21h)
Félix Dyotte transporte avec sensibilité à travers des envolées lyriques et des arrangements épiques. Son timbre grave et sa voix apaisante se marient à une poésie charmante, offrant un voyage sonore profondément émouvant. Récompensé pour son talent d’écriture (ADISQ, GAMIQ, Prix de la chanson SOCAN), il collabore comme parolier, réalisateur et arrangeur pour divers artistes comme Pierre Lapointe, Jean Leloup, Salomé Leclerc, Evelyne Brochu et Coeur de Pirate. Dyotte explore une nouvelle direction avec son quatrième album, co-réalisé avec Félix Bélisle des Choses Sauvages.
Félix Dyotte transports with sensitivity through lyrical flights and epic arrangements. His deep timbre and soothing voice combine with charming poetry to create a deeply moving sonic journey. Awarded for his songwriting talent (ADISQ, GAMIQ, Prix de la chanson SOCAN), he has collaborated as lyricist, producer and arranger for artists such as Pierre Lapointe, Jean Leloup, Salomé Leclerc, Evelyne Brochu and Coeur de Pirate. Dyotte explores a new direction with his fourth album, co-produced with Félix Bélisle of Les Choses Sauvages.
Ada Oda (22h)
Arrivé sur la scène bruxelloise fin 2021, Ada Oda propose un rock binaire up-tempo mêlant post-punk des années 80 et mélodies italiennes. Initié par César Laloux en 2020, le projet commence lorsque Victoria Barracato, rencontrée sur Tinder, accepte de chanter en italien. Leur premier album, “Un Amore Debole” (2022), contient des chansons pop minimalistes. Les titres “Un Amore Debole” et “Niente da Offrire” deviennent des hits en Europe, surtout en Italie. Sur scène, le duo, désormais groupe, a donné plus de 200 concerts et joué dans de grands festivals européens et au SXSW d’Austin en 2024. Leur deuxième album est prévu pour 2025.
Arriving on the Brussels scene in late 2021, Ada Oda’s up-tempo binary rock blends ’80s post-punk with Italian melodies. Initiated by César Laloux in 2020, the project began when Victoria Barracato, met on Tinder, agreed to sing in Italian. Their first album, “Un Amore Debole” (2022), features minimalist pop songs. The tracks “Un Amore Debole” and “Niente da Offrire” become hits in Europe, especially in Italy. On stage, the duo, now a group, gave over 200 concerts and played at major European festivals and at SXSW in Austin in 2024. Their second album is scheduled for release in 2025.
