16h15: Frissons du Siam – Thai Dance Troup of Ottawa
17h45: Rabie Houti Band – Musique
19h30: Meriem Pahlavi – Danse.
20h30: Hatim Ammor – Musique.
22h15: Oasis d’Opale – Claudya, Silvina Zaira et Gorka. Danse.

The spark is born in Oran, carried by the magical bow of Rabie Houti. A virtuoso violinist rooted in Arabo-Andalusian tradition, he transforms his heritage into a living manifesto — breaking out of velvet salons to give ancestral music a new breath, always grounded in tradition, yet reaching for the universal.
His bold desire to break musical boundaries has united a constellation of talents — musicians from distant horizons, all driven by a hunger for musical otherness.
Rabie Houti Band is a sonic lab, plain and simple. In this crucible, Oranese chaâbi merges with jazz flights, the earthy pulse of afrobeat, and sharp-edged blues riffs, while swing adds its airy elegance. Every note is transformation. Rabie’s violin, vessel of a millennial heritage, weaves a syncretic tapestry with each musician, dissolving borders. Nothing is lost — everything is reinvented.
Behind the apparent energy lies a deep quest — a balance between collective memory and contemporary boldness. His music is never just juxtaposition. It is organic catharsis. It evokes Oran’s fragrant souks and the pulse of global stages, blending contagious joy with quiet melancholy.
Let yourself be carried through a multicoloured landscape where every instrument tells a story and every silence holds the promise of something new.
