Cette soirée sera le résultat d’une cocréation exclusive entre deux passionnantes interprètes qui, accompagnées de leurs musiciens respectifs, performeront en symbiose lors de cette rencontre des origines du blues!
Together on stage for the first time, Djely Tapa and Dawn Tyler Watson invite us on a fabulous musical journey into the world of blues. Strongly rooted in African tradition, on the one hand, and traditional American blues on the other, these two accomplished and talented female artists will combine their powerful voices, creativity, musical knowledge and spellbinding stage presence for one spectacular evening. Both artists are winners of a 2020 Juno Award — Best Blues Album for the incredible Dawn Tyler Watson and Best Global Music Album for the captivating Djely Tapa. The evening show is a co-creation between two passionate vocalists who, along with their respective accompanying musicians, will come together to honour the origins of the blues.
