Les Charlatans ont atteint un stade de gloire supérieur. Vingt-sept ans après leur premier album numéro un avec “Some Friendly”, ils atteignent toujours de nouveaux sommets dans leur carrière, imaginent de nouvelles musiques qui redessinent leur propre carte, et sont de plus en plus sûrs de leur identité en tant que groupe.

Après avoir perdu non pas un, mais deux membres (suite à un accident de voiture et à une tumeur au cerveau) au cours de leur histoire, ce groupe très résilient est parvenu à se redéfinir en tant que groupe du peuple, dont le passage mortel dans la vie reflète également le nôtre.

After losing not one but two members (to a car crash, and a brain tumour) in their rollercoaster history, this most resilient outfit have somehow soldiered onto greater heights – a people’s band, whose embattled mortal passage through life also mirrors our own.
