Alexandra Stréliski at Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier
Alexandra Stréliski, the pianist with a sensitive and evocative musical style, returns to the stage with a show based on her most recent album, Néo-Romance.
Enveloped in an immersive scenography conceived in collaboration with the French creators of Cirque Leroux, the composer decompartmentalizes the neoclassical universe and travels through various visual tableaux inspired by the great currents of art history. Between intimacy and immensity, Alexandra invites you to contemplate, pause and dream, accompanied by a string trio.

Conceived and directed by Gil Marsalla from Nice-based Directo Productions (Piaf! le spectacle, Formidable Aznavour, Et Maintenant), he now brings us Brel! Le spectacle in its Montreal premiere.
Many speak of him as a reincarnation. On stage, Olivier Laurent doesn’t imitate Brel, he is Brel, bringing the lyrics of his greatest songs to life as if his life depended on it. With this concert, already performed a hundred times before jubilant or tearful audiences in Paris, New York, Stockholm, Beirut, London, Dubai and even Brussels, the artist pays a masterly tribute to the greatest French-speaking singer Belgium has ever known, with his voice, rage, irony and tenderness.

The ArtChoral Ensemble, under the direction of Matthias Maute, offers an immersive evening into the deep, complex world of human emotions. Leonard Cohen’s great hymn Hallelujah is the starting point for this journey through a vast choral repertoire spanning the centuries, which not only includes several “best of” works by this great Montreal chansonnier, but also timeless pages from the pens of composers such as Kurt Weill, Leonard Bernstein and Ernest Bloch. Through their haunting melodies and powerful, introspective lyrics, these artists have succeeded in expressing the deepest aspects of the human experience.

Homayoun Shajarian and Anoushiravan Rohani at Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier
Traditional Iranian singer, composer and fusion musician Homayoun Shajarian brings his concert The Color of Voice to Montreal. Also featuring the Siavosh Orchestra, this show promises to showcase the unrivalled talent of one of Iran’s most celebrated musicians.
The concert will also be honored by the presence of the distinguished Anoushiravan Rohani as special guest. An Iranian composer and pianist, Rohani was born in Rasht, Iran, in 1939. What sets Rohani apart is his remarkable success beyond Iran, where he is esteemed in international musical circles. His work in the light classical genre serves as a bridge between Eastern and Western musical traditions.
Le chanteur, compositeur et musicien de fusion traditionnel iranien, Homayoun Shajarian, présente son concert La couleur de la voix à Montréal. Mettant également en vedette l’Orchestre Siavosh, ce spectacle promet de mettre en valeur le talent inégalé de l’un des musiciens les plus célèbres d’Iran.
Ce concert sera en outre honoré par la présence du distingué Anoushiravan Rohani en tant qu’invité spécial. Compositeur et pianiste iranien, Rohani est né à Rasht, en Iran, en 1939. Éclat! at Espace Orange
Ensemble Éclat, a group of fifteen up-and-coming Montreal musicians, is dedicated to programming immersive events, promoting the work of young composers, and advancing and integrating new technologies into the arts and music. It is supported by the Pôle Relève du Vivier, which helps emerging new music artists incubate, disseminate and circulate their artistic projects and works throughout Quebec.
Formé de quinze musicien·ne·s de la relève montréalaise, Ensemble Éclat est dédié à la programmation d’évènements immersifs, à la promotion de l’œuvre de jeunes compositeur·rice·s et à l’avancée et l’intégration de nouvelles technologies dans les arts et la musique. Milk & Bone at Beanfield
Behind the haunting vocal harmonies and heartbreakingly sincere lyrics of electro-pop duo Milk & Bone lies the rich world of musicians Laurence Lafond-Beaulne and Camille Poliquin (KROY). With the release of albums Little Mourning (2015) and Deception Bay (2018) and EP DIVE (2019), the duo has accumulated over 75 million streams and toured Canada, Europe and the USA. In addition to their activities under the Milk & Bone banner, the duo have conceived the music for two Cirque du Soleil shows and several feature films, including Podz’s King Dave, which earned them a nomination at the 2017 Canadian Screen Awards. Over the years, Milk & Bone has won a Juno Award for Electronic Album of the Year (2019), twice been nominated for the Polaris Prize (2015 and 2018), and was named Breakthrough Group of the Year at the Juno Awards in 2016. After a much-needed pandemic-induced break, the duo released Chrysalism, their third career album, in autumn 2022.

Taverne Tour : Élégie and Grand Eugène at Chez Baptiste
Formed in the mid-2010s, Élégie is one of Quebec City’s worst-kept secrets. Led by Lawrence Villeneuve (guitar, vocals), Alex Corriveau (bass) and Maxence Girard (guitar, keyboards), the band has seduced music lovers in the Old Capital with its irreverent, deceptively messy attitude, but above all its simply irresistible new punk/post-wave compositions.

Formé au milieu des années 2010, Élégie est un des secrets les moins bien gardés de Québec. Le groupe mené par Lawrence Villeneuve (guitare, voix), Alex Corriveau (basse) et Maxence Girard (guitare, claviers) a séduit les mélomanes de la Vieille Capitale avec son attitude irrévérencieuse et faussement brouillonne, mais surtout ses compositions new punk/post wave tout bonnement irrésistibles.
Grand Eugène is an Indie Rock band with Dream Pop sounds based in Montreal. It was on the corner of a table in an apartment on Commercial Street in Vancouver that the band’s first songs were born. Demos were quickly recorded with a computer microphone; they made the round trip by e-mail to Montreal, leaving audible the exchanges distorted as much by the Rockies as by the waves of the pacific. The band is made up of Jeremy Lachance on guitar and composition, Melyssa Lemieux on vocals, Olivier Tanguay on drums, Nassim Dib-Mudie on keyboards and Greg Tremblay-Meadors on bass.

Grand Eugène est un groupe de musique Indie Rock aux sonorités Dream Pop basé à Montréal. C’est sur un coin de table d’un appartement sur Commercial Street à Vancouver que naissent les premières chansons du groupe. Les démos sont rapidement enregistrés avec un micro d’ordinateur; ils font l’aller-retour par e-mail vers Montréal, laissant audibles les échanges déformés autant par les rocheuses que par les vagues du pacifique.
