Sleaford Mods live from the 100 Club

by Patrick Baillargeon

To mark the release of their latest album, All That Glue, Sleaford Mods present a unique live show from London’s iconic Club 100. Broadcast live on YouTube, the band promise many of their popular songs as well as some lesser-knowns. For this show, the minimalist punk-prolo-hip-hop duo has spared no expense and promises the maximum! The show will be filmed with several cameras in Ultra HD in addition to offering optimal audio quality. If you missed their shows that were scheduled before all this crap happened, this is a good opportunity to (re)introduce yourself to the particular universe of the British duo. Billy Nomates and ’90s queer punk poet Chris are supporting. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the following charities:
Refuge
The Trevor Project
Firesticks

She Passed Away and guests

by Patrick Baillargeon

For this exclusive performance, the crepuscular coldwave duo present many tracks that they never, or very rarely, play live. B-sides, unreleased tracks and a whole series of appropriate visuals… the Turkish twosome, who played to a packed house the last time they were in Montreal, offer an event that is unlikely to happen again. And since there is always the possibility that the pair may not be able to perform as scheduled on September 8 at the Fairmount, this is an opportunity to be seized. The entrance fee entitles you to a 10% discount on the band’s Bandcamp catalogue.
