Inspiré par ses voyages et ses expériences personnelles, Louis-Solem propose une escapade à travers l’Amérique. L’artiste de Québec a signé un premier EP folk, Cette Rive (2021), qui lui a permis de se produire en spectacle un peu partout dans la province. Il revient d’un séjour de collecte de mélodies traditionnelles aux États-Unis et travaille sur l’enregistrement de son premier album complet. Ce passage Chez Madame Belley sera l’occasion de découvrir son plus récent matériel.

Inspired by his travels and personal experiences, Louis-Solem offers a musical journey across America. The Quebec City–based artist released a first folk EP, Cette Rive (2021), which led him to perform across the province. He now returns from a stay in the United States dedicated to collecting traditional melodies and is currently working on the recording of his first full-length album. This appearance at Chez Madame Belley will be an opportunity to discover his newest material.

Il s’inspire des musiques enracinées et intimistes de chanteurs comme Tom Wait, Bob Dylan ou Richard Desjardins. Il y ajoute ensuite des arrangements minimalistes, une personnalité bon enfant et des mélodies accrocheuses. Il monte régulièrement sur scène avec son ami et acolyte violoncelliste Louis-Solem Pérot. Ensemble, ils vous feront vibrer aux sons de leurs harmonies vocales et de leur groove naturel.

Originally from Quebec City, JeanDo crafts roots-pop compositions that offer unique moments, both fragile and comforting. He draws inspiration from the grounded, intimate music of songwriters such as Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, and Richard Desjardins, blending these influences with minimalist arrangements, a warm, easygoing personality, and catchy melodies. He regularly takes the stage with his friend and musical partner, cellist Louis-Solem Pérot. Together, they will have you resonating to the sound of their vocal harmonies and natural groove.

Milandrea, artiste colombienne et québécoise, incarne une fusion captivante de cultures et de genres musicaux. Sa voix veloutée crée des voyages mélodiques en mélangeant R&B et dream pop sombre à ses influences latines. Après le lancement de son premier EP, Wyshbone, Milandrea est partie en tournée en Colombie et au Québec, notamment dans le cadre des Syli d’Or à Montréal, du Festival Off de Québec, de Saint-Roch XP et divers événements multiculturels. En février 2025, Milandrea a été une révélation au Phoque Off, confirmant sa place parmi les nouvelles voix à surveiller sur la scène québécoise.

Her velvety voice creates melodic journeys by blending R&B and dark dream pop with her Latin influences. Mezzo-soprano des plus douées, Rébecca Veilleux a pris part à plus de quinze productions de l’Opéra de Québec et de l’Orchestre symphonique de Québec. Elle s’est récemment illustrée comme soliste avec Les Violons du Roy et le Quintette Pentaèdre et comme finaliste à l’Accademia per cantanti lirici della Fondazione Teatro di San Carlo de Naples. Celle qui, en 2025, a incarné Dorabella dans Così fan tutte au Théâtre Le Diamant fait sa première halte Chez Madame Belley pour une performance opératique comme on en n’a jamais entendu dans cette salle!

One of the most gifted mezzo-sopranos of her generation, Rébecca Veilleux has taken part in more than fifteen productions with Opéra de Québec and the Quebec Symphony Orchestra. She has recently distinguished herself as a soloist with Les Violons du Roy and the Pentaèdre Wind Quintet, and as a finalist at the Accademia per Cantanti Lirici of the Fondazione Teatro di San Carlo in Naples. Having portrayed Dorabella in Così fan tutte at Théâtre Le Diamant in 2025, she now makes her first appearance Chez Madame Belley for an operatic performance unlike anything ever heard in this venue. Ábaco Trio au Chez Madame Belley

Ábaco est un trio de musique instrumentale qui se consacre à la jazz-soul, avec des touches de rock alternatif et de musique latine. Le groupe a fait paraître un premier album, Iridiscencia, à l’été 2025. Bien que la formation soit encore récente, elle a su se distinguer en participant à différents événements prestigieux, dont l’après concert du légendaire guitariste de jazz Pat Metheny au Palais Montcalm. Le collectif réunit Julian Felipe Ramirez, à la composition et à la guitare, Antoine Gagné à la basse et Olivier Roberge à la batterie.

Ábaco is an instrumental music trio dedicated to jazz-soul, infused with elements of alternative rock and Latin music. The group released its debut album, Iridiscencia, in the summer of 2025. Although the ensemble is still relatively new, it has already made a strong impression by taking part in several prestigious events, including the post-concert performance for legendary jazz guitarist Pat Metheny at the Palais Montcalm. The collective brings together Julian Felipe Ramirez on composition and guitar, Antoine Gagné on bass, and Olivier Roberge on drums.

Thélonius Garcia est un pianiste et compositeur qui a toujours baigné dans la création artistique sous toutes ses formes. Installé à Montréal, il est ancré dans l’univers musical du piano solo instrumental et des compositeurs contemporains tels que Nils Frahm, Hania Rani, Ryūichi Sakamoto et Max Richter. Cet amour pour ces pianistes colore son approche, qui est enracinée dans sa formation et ses origines jazz. Il vient présenter son univers sensible, dont l’album Marche Nocturne, paru en 2024, nous a donné un heureux avant-goût avec ses 16 pièces originales, courtes et évocatrices, pour piano solo.

Thélonius Garcia is a pianist and composer who has always been immersed in artistic creation in all its forms. Based in Montreal, he is rooted in the musical world of instrumental solo piano and contemporary composers such as Nils Frahm, Hania Rani, Ryūichi Sakamoto, and Max Richter. His admiration for these pianists shapes his approach, which is grounded in his training and jazz origins. He comes to present his sensitive musical world, glimpses of which were beautifully revealed in his 2024 album Marche Nocturne, featuring 16 original, short, and evocative pieces for solo piano.

Power trio de la ville de Québec, La dame Ovale livre des textes poétiques aussi tranchants que délicats servis par une musique puissante, quelque part entre le rock, le punk et la chanson française. Depuis sa formation en 2021, La dame Ovale s’est produit dans plusieurs événements, dont le Festival de la chanson de Tadoussac, le Phoque OFF, Saint-Roch XP, en plus d’être passé par diverses régions du Québec. Le groupe a fait paraître son premier EP Du rêve à la dompe à la fin 2023 ainsi qu’un vidéoclip nommé au GAMIQ 2024. En attendant la sortie d’un premier album, le groupe a dévoilé en mars 2025 Solitude et Le baiser, deux extraits enregistrés devant public.

A power trio from Québec City, La dame Ovale delivers poetic lyrics that are as sharp as they are delicate, set to powerful music somewhere between rock, punk, and French chanson. Since forming in 2021, the band has performed at numerous events, including the Festival de la chanson de Tadoussac, Phoque OFF, and Saint-Roch XP, as well as in various regions across Quebec. The group released its debut EP, Du rêve à la dompe, in late 2023, along with a music video nominated at the 2024 GAMIQ Awards. While awaiting the release of their first full-length album, the band unveiled Solitude and Le baiser in March 2025, two tracks recorded live in front of an audience.

Bassiste électrique de jazz électrisant, Thierry Du Sablon se consacre principalement au jazz moderne et tente de différencier sa musique des autres en repoussant les limites de son instrument, la basse électrique à six cordes. Celui qu’on a déjà pu voir au sein du Orpheus Trio et de musiciens tels que Rafael Zaldivar, Virginia MacDonald ou François Rioux vient proposer son matériel original. Ses compositions dynamiques sont imprégnées de ses influences et sont engagées dans les questions culturelles et sociales du Québec comme l’importance de la langue ou la question de l’indépendance.

An electrifying jazz bassist, Thierry Du Sablon focuses primarily on modern jazz, striving to set his music apart by pushing the boundaries of his six-string electric bass. Having previously performed with the Orpheus Trio and alongside artists such as Rafael Zaldivar, Virginia MacDonald, and François Rioux, he now presents his own original material. His dynamic compositions reflect his influences and engage with Quebec’s cultural and social issues, from the importance of language to the question of independence.
